Start the engine and hold it at 1,500 rpm until the radiator fan comes on. Turn off the engine. Check the coolant level in the radiator and add coolant if needed. Fill up to here BLEEDER BOLT 14. Install the radiator cap, and tighten it fully. 7. Loosen the bleeder bolt on top of9. Check the level in the radiator, the engine. add coolant if needed. 15. If necessary, fill the reserve tank to the MAX mark. Install the Pour coolant into the radiator up10. Install the radiator cap, and reserve tank cap. to the base of the filler neck. tighten it to the first stop. Tighten the bleeder bolt when coolant comes out in a steady 11. Start the engine and let it run until stream with no bubbles. the radiator fan comes on two times. Then stop the engine. 8. Fill the reserve tank to the MAX mark. Install the reserve tank cap. Maintenance
