Locks & alarm NOTE:Duringtheaccessprocedure,the anti-theft indicator light will continue to flash (indicating that the alarm is still partially armed). NOTE:Ifthehandsetisinoperable,the emergencykeyaccesscodemustbeentered EVERYtimeyouneedtostarttheengine. If an incorrect code has been entered: If the code has been entered incorrectly, the anti-theft alarm indicator light will continue to flash. In this case, return to ’1’ and re-enter the code. After three failed entry attempts, the security systeminvokesa delay period of thirty minutes during which the system will not accept any further attempts to enter a code. WARNING • NEVERleavetheSecurityInformation card in the vehicle. • Memorisetheemergencykeyaccess code or keep the Security Information card on your person in case of emergencies(a damaged handset for example). 16
