Under kjøring Starte/stanse motoren Girspaken brukes mens motoren er stanset på tomgang (automatgir) Hvis girspaken skiftes fra D eller M (ikke i andregir fast modus) til N eller P etter at motoren er stanset på tomgang, vil ikke motoren starte igjen selv når bremsepedalen slippes. Motoren vil starte igjen hvis bremsepedalen trykkes inn igjen eller hvis girspaken skiftes til D, M (ikke andre gir fast modus) eller R. (Av sikkerhetsgrunner må du alltid ha trykket inn bremsepedalen når du flytter girspaken mens motoren stanses på tomgang.) Hvis girspaken skiftes fra D eller M (ikke andre gir fast modus) til N eller P, førerens sikkerhetsbelte frigjøres og førerdøren åpnes, startes motoren. Batteripolene frakoples Det kan hende motoren ikke stanser på tomgang etter at batteripolene har vært frakoplet. I tillegg må i-stop-funksjonen bekreftes hvis batteriet har blitt skiftet ut. Be om råd fra et verksted, vi anbefaler et autorisert Mazda-verksted. 4-17
