GLASSHATCH ● Donotdrivewiththeliftgateopen.This could allow dangerous exhaust gases to be drawn into the vehicle. See “Ex- haust gas”in the “Starting and driving” section of this manual. CAUTION ● If the powerlift gate doesnotstayopen or if the lift gate unexpectedly closes at any time while a continuous warning chime sounds, do not operate the lift gate. There may be a pressure loss in one or both of the lift gate gas stays. Have the lift gate inspected by an LPD0236 LPD0284 INFINITI dealer. Powerlift gate release To open, push the button up on the smaller out- ● DonotactivatethepowerliftgateifonePower lift gate side handle to release the glass hatch, then pull or both of the lift gate gas stays areIf the lift gate cannot be opened with the doorup on the glass hatch.
