Door Locks: 3, 5, 8 BEFORE DRIVING Keyless Start System Remote Keyless Start System Remote Controller/Keyless Entry System Controller (Type A) Transmitter The remote controller enables the following (1) operations: Type A Type B • You can lock or unlock the doors by operating the LOCK/UNLOCK buttons (2) on the remote controller. Refer to the explanation in this section. (3) • You can lock or unlock the doors by pushing the request switch on the door handle. For details, refer to the explana- tion in this section. • You can start the engine without using an ignition key.
