FUEL TANK Opening the iller cap may create a noise a caused by an inrush
Fuel tank capacity: approximately 55 litres.of air. This vacuum is entirely normal, resulting from the sealing of
the fuel system.
LOW FUEL LEVEL To ill the tank in complete safety:
When the fuel tank minimum level is reached this warning F the engine must be switched off,
lamp comes on on the instrument panel, accompanied by an F press the rear part of the lap, then raise it to open it,
audible signal and an alert message. When it irst comes on F turn the cap to the left,
there remains approximately 5 litres of fuel in the tank.
Until suficient fuel is added, this warning lamp appears every time
the ignition is switched on, accompanied by an audible signal and a
message. When driving, this audible signal and display of the alert
message are repeated with increasing frequency as the fuel level drops
towards "0".
Refuel as soon as possible to avoid running out of fuel.
If you run out of fuel (Diesel), refer also to the "Running out of fuel
(Diesel)" section.
F remove the cap and hook it onto the clip located on the inside of the
REFUELLING lap,
F ill the tank, but do not continue after the 3rd cut-off of the
pump; this could cause malfunctions.
A label afixed to the inside of the lap reminds you of the type of fuel to
be used depending on your engine. CHECKS
Additions of fuel must be of at least 5 litres, in order to be registered by
the fuel gauge.
