CHECKS
B ONNET The location of the interior control
Protects the components of the engine prevents opening of the bonnet
and provides access for checking levels. while the driver's door is closed.
This operation must only be carried
out when the vehicle is stationary.
Avoid opening the bonnet in strong
O pening winds.
Push the exterior control B to the C losing
left and raise the bonnet. Take the strut out of the support
notch.
Clip the strut in its housing.
Lower the bonnet then slam it
fi rmly at the end of its travel.
Pull on the bonnet to check that
Pull the interior control A , located it is secured correctly.
under the dashboard, to the right.

Unclip the strut C from its housing.
Fix the strut in the notch to hold
the bonnet open.
