10 Sicher fahren Richtige Sitzposition der Insassen Richtige Sitzposition des Fahrers Die richtige Sitzposition des Fahrers ist wichtig für ein siche- res und entspanntes Fahren. Abb. 2 Die richtige Kopf- stützeneinstellung für den Fahrer Zu Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit und um die Verletzungsgefahr im Falle eines Unfalles zu verringern, empfehlen wir für den Fahrer die fol- gende Einstellung: – Stellen Sie das Lenkrad so ein, dass der Abstand zwischen Abb. 1 Der richtige Ab- Lenkrad und Brustkorb mindestens 25 cm beträgt ⇒ Abb. 1. stand des Fahrers zum Lenkrad – Stellen Sie den Fahrersitz in Längsrichtung so ein, dass Sie das Gas-, Brems- und Kupplungspedal mit leicht angewinkelten Bei- nen ganz durchtreten können ⇒ . – Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie den obersten Punkt des Lenkrades erreichen können. – Stellen Sie die Kopfstützen so ein, dass die Oberkante der Kopf- stütze sich möglichst auf einer Linie mit dem oberen Teil Ihres Kopfes befindet ⇒ Abb. 2. – Stellen Sie die Rückenlehne in eine aufrechte Position, so dass  Ihr Rücken vollständig an der Rückenlehne anliegt.
